“Beautiful property. Great location. Very clean and modern. My only complaint is the price for valet a night ($45) and the incidental cost a night ($125), seems a bit steep for a hotel in SLO. Nonetheless, there is a public parking building kitty corner from the property for $16 a night. ”

“Loved my experience and the location. My room was perfect, enjoyed the hot tub and proximity to the beach. Also, was felt extra spoiled by all the extra goodies the staff wouldn’t stop giving us…will be back!!”

“Unsafe conditions and lots of deferred maintenance. Some small annoyances like the stove not working, the keypad locks not working, the toilet paper dispenser broken, the toilet flush broken, the bathroom lock broken (locking me in at one point) etc. Some genuine safety concerns like large wood splinter sticking out of the floor outside of the shower and the safety chain on the front door broken. Management is totally unresponsive. I heard from locals that they're trying to sell the place and so……
