"Our first night sleep was interrupted by a broken fire protection pipe setting off the building alarm at 2AM. We stood outside for 1.5hrs. Luckily our room wasn’t one of the rooms that had water damage. We weren’t compensated for our inconvenience. The building is still under repair for some of the amenities. "Made 4 calls and no one called me back. The 1st call they did answer as I could not get in. Emailed twice with no Response. It is very Disappointing that They told me They charge an extraFee of over $600.00 for heating the pool in 90 degree weather. Would not recommend do To poor responsiveness and and extremely inappropriate overcharged fee"
