“We have been coming to this property since it opened. Stayed here for a wedding in 2010, multiple times to visit area art events pre-kiddo, and it was still our go-to after we had our daughter. BUT the property is now under new management, and they have made a significant change that will impact whether we choose this property in the future. Like many OG Ace Hotel guests, we had kids, but we kept coming back because this hotel was the perfect mix of vibe and value. Over the past 5 years, we have……

“Staff were nice, but the room was a mess. The AC was super noisy and the smoke alarm went off at 5 AM for no reason, which was terrifying. The desk lamp and the room phone were both broken, we had to walk down to the lobby just to talk to the staff. Overall a pretty bad experience.”

“I have been coming to the Hilton in Palm Springs for years. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is always friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the bed, some how the bed frame was not even with box spring so the frame was sticking out at the end and covered by the dust ruffle. We had hit frame corner that didn’t have a cover on it a few times before we discovered the problem. Other than this, we had a wonderful time. I will be back again.”

“The hotel is a boutique hotel. It’s very basic in its services - you have to carry your bags up to the room (no lift), cleaning seems to be minimum and there is no front desk, just an unfriendly barman at the bar of the hotel. Upon checkout I was not allowed to see the invoice to check, and the same unfriendly staff told me I should get it by email. I didn’t receive for a few hours so I emailed the hotel (the address given to us at check in, since they don’t have a front desk so you can’t call……
