"We will use the Grand Hyatt at SFO from now on for their Park N Fly option. Connected to the terminals by a train makes it so easy to stay the night before travel, leave the car and take the train to our airline. What a great way to begin a trip!"

"A lovely hotel, close to the bay, good walking path across the street. The airport shuttle is the best! Reliable and on time, even at 11:30 at night. Of course the chocolate chip cookies were a plus!"

"The room was very clean and sanitized; modern decor and window covering were clean and functioned properly. The beds/sheets were clean and comfy. However, very big disappointment was the shower. After having a long day at working a long day, was looking forward to a hot shower relax and wash off a hard day. First off, the water pressure was so slow and it dispensed lukewarm water! I was shivering the whole time I was taking a shower and my teeth were chattering! Couldn't wait to get out,...

"This place is absolutely accommodating. I booked this hotel/room for my kids and my daughter lost her wallet on the way from Orange County to San Jose. By the time they checked in, she doesn't have any credit cards but the manager accommodated them due to unfortunate circumstance, BIG thanks to the hotel I am glad they did let my kids checked in since I was out of the country travelling.
