"The overall atmosphere and our room were excellent. The lobby was festive and the new lobby bar, although crowded, is a great addition. The only complaint is the parking. It is expensive (nearly $100 overnight), it takes forever to get your car, and the people who run it are arrogant and rude (a change from the rest of the staff at the hotel)."

"the taj is the best. the staff (Soukaina - Soraya - Sierra- Gurusharn- Roy- Tuan) are the best. I was in town for what was supposed to be a few days but turned into most of the month as my mother spiraled and died. They took incredible care of me."
