“Fantastic overall. Beach is perfect for swimming (snorkel elsewhere). The views from the North Tower rooms are incredible. No black out shades in the rooms…that was frustrating. Staff was very attentive and kind and the breakfast and on-site restaurants were great, however. Location is a bit isolated, so this is perfect for couple or a family seeking a quiet but fun trip. ”

“The property itself is just as described with all amenities and conveniences for a luxurious short term stay. Our only complaint would be the constant gardening - sometimes during early morning hours. One other small issue - we paid extra for hotel access to the Mauna Kea and Hapuna hotels but the Hapuna was under massive construction with jack hammers etc, in hearing distance from the pool and beach. Needless to say, we didn't go there again during our stay.”
