"Although I arrived early, I was able to check in straight away and was upgraded to a very nice room on the 9th floor. It was clean and spacious with a very comfortable king size bed. Breakfast was very good, with a choice of made to order eggs, but I found the dinner options were fairly limited so didn't eat in the restaurant."

I arrived in Melbourne at 10am and went to the hotel (handy location near Southern Cross Station) and they offered for me to check in early, which started my stay on an excellent note. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and my room was fantastic, clean, and everything I could need. Bed was very comfortable too, would happily stay here again. "
