We found the service has slipped ever so slightly from our initial visit but over all, still an impressive venue. A special thank you of appreciation goes out to Kutari the young gentleman who greeted us each day in the car park. Most helpful and pleasant each and every time we saw him, service with a smile ! "Excellent garden area for walking. "

"Everything is good. Just the breakfast starts at 7:00am is too late. If can start 6:30am will be better because come from America have a jet leg. We get up at 5:00am and Hunger but no place can get the breakfast. The last day I have to check out hotel at 7;15am and have no chance to get the breakfast. And waster my breakfast two people payment. "

"Staying here felt like being at home. While it is a large hotel with potentially many guests congregating at the same time, the layout and design made the place feel calm and relaxing. The city view was wonderful from our room and seeing so much green outside in the middle of the city was great. The neighborhood was convenient and walkable, many restaurants nearby (reservations were a bit hard to get with little notice. Neighboring Hiroo was about 20 minutes walk and had so much to offer too....

"Modern and traditional hotel with great customer service. An excellent choice for families or for those just looking for some peace in Tokyo. The onsen was a special treat & my family thoroughly enjoyed. Walking distance to Tokyo station and very close to Otemachi Station. Would definitely stay here again."
