"The hotel deserves the 5 stars!"

"The property was well situated and the room was very acceptable. What I didn’t like was the car transfer from the airport arranged by the concierge … a half hour ride with an average driver cost over $400 … almost a third again on the price of the room .. I felt ripped off. I know it wasn’t the hotel’s car but it reflects badly on them "

"The hotel is less than 2 years old and consisted of every modern convenience possible. The food was excellent. And, you can't beat the location--directly across the street from the Walt Disney Concert Hall and caddie-corner from The Music Center. But, best of all, was how genuinely friendly the entire staff were, especially Adam in guest services."

"I loved our stay at casa! I care most about the quality of the service and from the moment we got to the hotel until we left, we felt super well taken cared. The room is beautiful, bed was exceptionally comfortable and we enjoyed using the complimentary bike to bike down Santa Monica beach. Super happy we stayed here! "

"The hotel is located in one of the most beautiful areas of LA. It has that feeling of old fashion grandeur without being out of date. Room service food was amazing for room service food, though a bit pricey. Wonderful staff at check in and valet parking. No pressure to tip but I did because it was well deserved. Pet friendly. Wonderful five star luxury!"
