“The room, though small, was a last minute upgrade & has the essentials including a fridge & hair dryer. 24 hr complimentary coffee, tea & drinking water was great to have especially as tap water is not potable. Breakfast cannot be faulted, ample & good variety. Ergan the concierge was very welcoming & helpful, the whole staff is ready to assist. Small hotel, big heart.”

“Rooms are clean, staff are very cooperative especially Mr Abdulkareem, allowed me early check inn, breakfast is simple but quiet acceptable, equipments of room are good but there is no kettle for water boiling, but reception brought me a free tea on need. Beds are comfortable location is very good, we spent a pleasant stay in hotel. I highly recommend the hotel for stay”

A recommander.”

“The location of the hotel is great which is located in the city center. The hotel staffs (especially Sahand at the reception desk) are friendly and helpful as well! Highly recommended!”

Gracias!!! 😊😊😊😊”

“Overall, it’s a good place — clean, no insects, and well-maintained. The washroom shower was extremely poor, which was disappointing, but aside from that the stay was lovely. The staff were generally nice and polite. However, the only real negative experience was during checkout at 3 AM. I had five bags with me, and the staff member at reception didn’t even offer to help — he just stood there watching. That left a bad impression after an otherwise pleasant stay.”
