the TAO community was excellent.the unit needs some improvements & repairswe loved the pools, Wellness centre & the Beach Club. The Market, restaurants & Golf course are all close to TAO. There should bean information package in the unit withshuttle schedule and instructions to operate theappliances. we rented a car for 2 weeks butnext time we would rent a golf cart for the wholetime. The community is beautiful, safe, and relaxing. We are looking to come back next yearin a larger unit.

Easy to find and the condo was clean and adequate. There is a nice pool just at the end of the building. We met the property manager, very nice gentlemen. We had no problems with the condo

Tao residence is a beautiful condo property with lush landscaping and fountains all around. Well kept with a nice pool setting. This property is very sparse and clean inside. Could use a little more kitchen amenities for cooking at home. But overall very nice.

The sliding patio door handle fell off and the lock fell out, i could not lock the patio door for several days. the kitchen window lock was also missing. after a rain storm the kitchen flooded and the hot water stopped working for several days. the property manager did work hard to fix everything, but it did cause inconvenience for our trip and i missed some reservations that cost me because of it.

This is a nicely equipped studio. Just what I expected. Gated community. Needed QR code to enter. Didn't get this or other check-in info until the day before check-in. 2 nice pools in the neighborhood. Definitely needed a car. There was a nice outdoor restaurant by the golf clubhouse where we got to watch the NFL playoffs. Close to Akumal playa and pueblo. Lots of good restaurants. Nice fruit and vegetable stand in the pueblo. Need to go to Fully or Puerto Aventuras for a big grocery. One of the reasons we booked here was it had a membership to the Wellness center but there was still a small charge to use it or go to the yoga classes.
