The Room and Layout The best part of this hotel is the space. We stayed in a suite with a separate bedroom and a living room, which provided much-needed breathing room. “The toilet in our room is almost not working, the shower head is leaking, and the soundproofing is very poor. We were also assigned a room next to the laundry room, and the noise from the machines made it impossible for my family to sleep after a full day of driving. When I went to the front desk to ask if it would be possible to change rooms if one became available, the male staff member was very impatient and his attitude made us feel very uncomfortable during our stay.”

“Our overall stay was good! Plan to hike around a bit to the pools depending on where you’re staying certainly got our steps in:) rides are available in the golf carts with friendly helpful drivers! When busy the main pool gets quite crewed and not enough lounge chairs so get there early! Food was decent maybe a little over priced but to be expected at a resort! Only downfall is… when booking they said there was pickelball courts that you can play on but….. they didn’t tell you at check in or……

“Our stay at the Kimpton in Scottsdale, Arizona was nothing short of amazing. The resort itself is absolutely gorgeous and incredibly well kept—every detail felt thoughtfully maintained and inviting. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth. What really stood out was how genuinely pet-friendly the hotel is.
