"Attended a Wedding at the property which performed an excellent venue and service. Next days breakfast was one of the best we have had with many options from fresh food menu served by polite helpful staff.

House keeping was very lacklustre, bed not made, towels not changed, coffee and water in the room not replaced. "

"Stayed in Glasgow for one night and the hotel was perfect. Very close to the Buchanan Street, a very enjoyable walk, shopping street. The staff, room and breakfast all very good, professional and compatible with a 4-stars hotel. The car park was very convenient too. No issues to comment."

We have a walk-in shower the leaks from the shower head.(clearly needs attention). The sink is not draining properly. The breakfast is mediocre. Bit much of coffee.I wouldn’t recommend it "
