"We stayed three nights at the hotel. The staff and customer service were amazing. Special shout-out to Jose from the Entertaining Group. He made us laugh and had a great time at the beach and by the pool. Good shows and food were pretty good!"

"It’s okay - a bit more run down than the pictures. Restaurants are decent. Good location - 5mins taxi from the shopping village and restaurants. Room was nice and big. Staff could be a lot more friendlier and pleasant"

"Wait staff was great. Loved Fernando, he was the best. The rooms should have signs in them to let staff km Not not to enter. They entered 2 times while I was in there naked. Should have turned the dead bolt. 😬 I had the red light on but guess it was burn out on the outside. The food was so so. I figure if you can’t find something you like at all inclusive you’re too picky. I did get sick the first few days, no clue why. But the rest of our trip was great. "

"Only thing half decent at the hotel was the activities by the pool. Food/Drinks extremely over priced. Absolutely appalled by the service from the check in staff. On our honeymoon was advised all room types were available but with a hefty charge. Would not stay again. We changed rooms twice due to noise and even then we only had a room change after convincing the concierge staff to speak to the front desk for us as they would not help us at all. "
