Everything was good whether it’s staff, amenities or cleanliness. Only thing restaurant doesn’t have vegetarian options in food. They should cater to needs of vegetarian and vegan but you can get roasted bread with jam , butter juices and coffee.

I didn't like it at all, they don't tell you the size of the beds. It's a Full size, it's not a queen size. I went with my two children and my husband and we didn't sleep well at all because the beds were super small. It's not the size they offer you in the application. Besides, the first day we slept without air conditioning because it broke down and there was no one to fix it very dissatisfied with this I did not like the service!!!

Breakfast was fresh and tasty Room Was clean I didn’t get fresh towels after the took old Ones but person was training. All Staff was fantastic They offered dinner till 11 but at 10:30 They said they were closed at 10 that night. Beach is good a good amount of sea week but it did move down the following day and looked good.

The pictures online and the actual look of the place today are not the same. We thought we got an all inclusive package, however found out at the property that they don't offer that. The pool, pool side bar, and view of the ocean were magnificent. We also had a sea view room, well worth it. The happy hour drinks were also good and inexpensive. It was easy to flag a bus down to get closer downtown to more restaurants. I was very happy that it wasn't as crowded as down town.

The rooms are cleaned daily and to a high standard. The staff isn't always willing to help. The umbrellas on the beach are a big problem. Others can be opened, but not here. The building is old, and the plumbing doesn't work well. The restaurant is bad, there's no choice, but the bar is better.

The resort is in urgent need of restoration, as its current condition is quite precarious and not suitable for guests. For safety reasons, it should not be open for stays until significant improvements are made. That said, the staff are genuinely hospitable, and the location is excellent.
