This resort is for the older crowd. Although you're able to go to the other resorts, if you're looking to party this is not the resort. I would say 45+. The food is okay. The only place that was good to eat was the steakhouse on the main resort Royal Solaris. The room was spacious and clean. Very clean actually. The commute is about 30 minutes from all main attractions. Front Fesk staff was very nice. Please ensure when booking transportation you triple check and call prior to arrival. They did not pick us up from the airport.

Loved the property. The staff were amazing. Everything was super clean. My only complaints are communication was not very good and the presentation to join the club. Other guests that had been there before helped us out on where things were and what to do. The presentation lasted way longer than it was supposed to and they were too pushy. We felt like we were being held hostage. It would be awesome to have a swim up bar and more adults only options at the all inclusive part of the hotel. All in all, I loved it and would definitely go back.

I’ve stayed at a lot of resorts in Cancun and this is one of my top resorts to stay at you have two resorts in one multiple restaurants multiple buffets multiple pools. All the staff is great and helpful. They always have events going on Great for kids on one side and Great for adults on the other side.

Overall well experience with the resort and all its inclusive amenities. For the most part the staff was friendly and helpful. Cancun is a tourist location, so prices are reflective of this aspect outside the hotel and some non-inclusive parts of the hotel (e.g. SPA massages, and trips outside the hotel)

Our stay in Cancún was wonderful, but the person who truly made our experience unforgettable was Luany. From the moment we met her, she treated us with genuine kindness, patience, and professionalism. She didn’t just do her job—she consistently went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed, comfortable, and taken care of. What stood out most was how sincere she was. Luany made us feel like valued guests rather than just another reservation. She was attentive, knowledgeable, warm, and always willing to help. Her positive energy and exceptional customer service made a lasting impression on both of us and elevated our entire vacation. Employees like Luany are the reason guests remember a hotel, recommend it to others, and choose to return. Management should know that she is an incredible representative of this property and a tremendous asset to the team. She deserves to be recognized and rewarded for the level of care she provides. Everyone was extremely friendly. The bar was fully stocked with great drinks and people. The staff had events going on the entire day for every day that was fun, everything was clean and our room was clean every day when we would come back In. They had signs everywhere so everything was easy to find. They gave us vouchers for each night we were there for one restaurant they had in the hotel. They had buffets and a deli open 24/7 great service and friendly staff.

Staff were excellent and hotel is well run. Breakfast was great. The only negative issue (more a warning) is if you have mobility issues. There are alot of steps. Ramps are available but very steep.
