They are very helpful and were very understanding and as accommodating as possible.Unfortunately we experienced some issues. I really wanted to like it here, but it was just too dang muggy and stuffy in the room (instead of at late night/early morning). The bathroom is cute and has a whole spot for doing make up. “The host was helpful and welcoming. The cottage is quaint with a rustic vibe. Awesome location....walking distance from the beach and all the restaurants but far enough to keep things quiet.Downside was the heater/ac unit was on the loud side.Overall it's a great unit and location.”
