"Beautiful house and beautiful grounds. Nice views of the lake. Could spend hours enjoying the view from the front porch. Great kitchen and common areas. The host was gracious and accommodating and responded to every message within minutes. Highly recommended."

"Very modern interior. Lovely bathroom. Convenient location. Wasn’t the biggest fan of the street parking but it worked out. Be prepared to hear every fire department dispatch. There are transients in the area who are completely harmless. Somewhat heavy police presence in the area as well so I felt super safe. WiFi, smart tv, perfect heating & cooling. Fabulous decor. Basic essentials provided. Cozy."

"Six of us stayed here while we were visiting the area for a family reunion. The location was nice and central, between the reunion location in Fleming Island and the tourist spots in and around Jacksonville. Not too far from St. Augustine and just over an hour to Amelia Island. The house was spacious and the perfect size for our group. The pool was great, especially during the hot week. The property was maintained well. Overall, we had a very nice visit!"

"This VRBO was amazing. Very nicely furnished with a lux vibe throughout. The screened in porch was so soothing - ONLY DOWNSIDE - neighbors have very loud dogs which mess up the ambience of indoors and outdoors which would catch us off guard as we didn’t know when or what time we’d hear them. OVERALL - this was a very nice stay and I would highly recommend it. Just know about the dogs and you can get your mind right for them barking up the tranquil peace that you’d get otherwise."

"I absolutely loved my stay at this property. The house itself is absolutely adorable and super well kept. The bed in the master bedroom was SO comfy it was hard to get up in the morning! I didn't need to contact Ava for anything as everything was perfect. My favorite part was taking a long bath in the indoor jacuzzi. Hanging out eating local food in the cute living room while watching the NBA playoffs all week was just what I needed. Definitely recommend!"

"The kids loved the pool. It was cold but we bought them wet suits and they worked perfectly fine. Another big hit was the theater room. Movie or a kids show every night before bed. The house was great for our 3 generation family get away."
