「This cottage is enchanting - from the moment we walked in we could feel how much love went into curating this adorable space. I was worried about storage for our clothes and was very pleasantly surprised by how spacious the drawers under the bed (they're huge and deep) and closet were. My only reservation in recommending this space is that I'll have more competition when I go to rent it next time!! :-)」

「This was a great property. Although the lock codes didn't work when we first got there a quick call got us into another lock box that had the key. The property manager Rob I think his name was was great. He really cares about the property and is looking too update the locks and other things soon. They've added two grills outside for guests to use which is a great plus! Will definitely be back again.」

"AVOID THIS HOTEL One of the towels provided had a brown stain that was extremely ugly (doubt it may be undesirable marks, with a bad smell). What's worse is that I discovered it after shower when I was using it. This was unacceptable, especially for an esteemed vacation house like this. When I reported the issue to the front desk during check out, I received no apology and was told that no compensation could be offered because the booking was made through a third party (on Expedia), and the front desk could do nothing about it. He said he would report to the manager, and I received no follow-up. I find this response both unprofessional and disappointing. I also wrote an email to the management team and received no response. The general experience was unpleasant. I hope I can receive proper settlement from the hotel management team."
