"The bath tub are very nasty , had to clean the whole bathroom . Smells like cigarettes- non smoking room…. Very loud noise during day . Towels from bathroom to small . Never again "

"This is an old style two story motel at the exit of Rt 95. It is not fancy but the neighborhood is OK and the rooms are clean. The other side of the interchange has restaurant options. I recommend it if a motel suits your requirement. TV, refrigerator, heat/AC, lights, shower all functioned perfectly. "

"The winter season pricing is great. It’s very convenient to interstate 95 and a grocery store. Several good restaurants are close as well as a coffee shop. The room was basic but clean and quiet which is what we needed. Next time in the area we will stay again for the location and value. "

"Bed was shot. Bathroom walls were disgusting. Front desk clerk was hard to understand. Lots of empty rooms yet I had an elephant above me stomping around. I won't stay there again. "

"The place is absolutely FANTASTIC! It is beautiful, the bed is super comfortable, the kitchen has everything you could possibly need, loved the shower products too. My family celebrated Christmas here and the added touch of decorations made it feel so homey. The welcome basket is such a nice touch and we enjoyed the wine with Christmas dinner. The host is very responsive. For no fault to her, just due to winter weather, the power went out for a few hours. Right away she communicated with us about when it would be restored. Sometimes on vacation things happen and this is a host who is there for you. You gave our family precious memories!! Thank you so much! Plan to return the next time we come to CT!"

"If you are going to Guilford Connecticut, this is the place to stay! It’s right off Guilford Green, a couple minutes walk from cute shops, restaurants and not too far from the train station. There’s plenty of parking. I was allowed to bring my little dog. The beds are really comfortable. There’s a washer and dryer and detergent. The kitchen is well-equipped with dishes, cookware and new appliances. The building itself was built in the 1700s and retains all of the charm while providing modern amenities. More than all of the above, the host is truly the best ever. This was my second stay in this VRBO and the responsiveness, flexibility and kindness of the host played a huge part in choosing this location a second time. If I need to rent a place to stay in Guilford again, I will return to this location and will recommend it to any family and friends needing a place to stay in the Guilford area. "
