Lovely spacious room which is well appointed and furnished tastefully. We did not eat food at the restaurant/ bar on this occasion but would certainly give it a go if we have a need to stay in Birmingham again in the future.
Staff were really helpful and friendly and location wise the hotel is a reasonably short walk to venues such as Utilita arena.

Lovely staff on arrival as last minute booker . Qualiry room, hugh speed wifi a great tv and hugh quality bar rest area.breakfast looked tasty, i didnt have time to try it though!
Handy for central Birmingham, clean and modern rooms and plenty of parking options. Nice touch of complimentary water, prosecco and orange juice in the fridge.
Easy drop off of luggage and late check in worked well
Fantastic place to stay in the heart of Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter. Warm staff, modern rooms and a great price. Complimentary mini bar is a lovely touch
Staff were super friendly. Room great
Lunch club sandwich delicious.
Continental breakfast was pretty sparse as items not replenished, asked staff member for hot water for tea, a few other basic items also. Once we’d had those couple there was nothing for the next people… not worth the price for sure. Otherwise really liked the hotel.
Good value 24 hour private parking, with free Sunday parking on road outside, staff were very accomodating of an early checkin, hotel itself and rooms were all great.
Lovely area of the city and close to city, train station etc. nice bar and restaurant on site.

After reception registration we found our way to our rooms and found out why the hot air heating was set at 26°,the old wooden sash windows wouldn't seal and could see the curtains wafting also the bathroom towel heater tripped out the plug sockets so had to get the receptionist to reset the trip switch (twice). Our friends next door experienced a bad night's sleep due to the bed's mattress having more crators than the moon.Worst of all the hotel's heating/air con machines hummed all night as the inadequate sash windows didn't snuff out the noise. So pleased we only stayed one night and glad to get home and recoup our lost sleep the next night. The staff were helpful with the outage problem just hope the other problems are rectified to persuade us to return in future.
The hotel is a very nice building, lovely location, superb entrance to the restaurant and the bar. The room was very well appointed. However room 1a has a huge fan unit just outside the window, the fan ran all night! The window seals are so poor it was just like having the fan in the room. Perhaps improved window glazing?? The other minor thing was the toilet roll holder which had been positioned in the toilet sitting area.
