"We loved our stay! We wish we would have gotten the suite we thought we booked, also we were unaware of one of the pools being shut down for the holiday - but overall we had an amazing time! The staff is so friendly and all smiles."

"The rooms were clean and the beds were clean and comfortable. The hotel is cute and retro. We have stayed many time over 20 years. The courtyard is cute and the pool is open and heated all year. We especially liked the sustainability features like paper room keys and no waste coffee pods. We even loved the available selection of snacks at the front desk. Our only complaint is the $10 per vehicle parking fee. The parking isnt great, and the best spots are reserved for the restaurant. There's no reason to charge extra."

"We had a great stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. Its in a very convenient location, walkable to old town. You do have to pay for parking but we found free street parking nearby. The outdoor area at the hotel, including the pool, is nice. "

"Room was fairly clean, faucet falling off in bedroom, ant infestation kitchen and 2nd floor bedrooms. They told me to wash my clothes before leaving to prevent taking ants home, brought me 4 laundry pods. They apologized for the inconvenience, but i will never rent from this organization again, very poor customer service. "
