Expedia refused to address this location and when I told them of the hazards they told me that there’s nothing they can do. Even though this property 100% falsely advertised the room."

"My service animal got fleas from outside the property. A lot of garbage and alcohol remains, partying in the parking lot and staircase. The property refused refund and so did hotels.com. Very disappointed as a lifelong customer. "

"We felt like we was discriminated against. When we got there we was asked to pay a deposit, the manager had told the person behind the desk to charge us that even before we got there, I observed other people getting checked in and was not asked for a deposit, also when we checked out we had to have our room checked, again I observed someone checking out and they were not told their room had to be checked. I feel like because I was an out of Towne and African American I was treated that way."
