「新装修的酒店非常新，我当时住5楼，一边还是毛坯房。新装修有点味道。但是整体很新，布置也很现代，配套设施全新很齐全。有洗衣机，餐具，灶台，碗筷等，适合常住。不过服务人员服务意识一般，不知道是不是对服务费有很高预期，可能我们给少了，人家看到我们不太待见。离店时帮忙搬行李也是草草了事。所以多透气，多训练员工服务性，比让我们离店前填写酒店评价表来的重要。」

「The location is very noisy due to constant traffic and car noise, making it difficult to relax or sleep. The property does not feel well-prepared to operate as a hotel and lacks some of the comfort and facilities expected. However, the staff were very friendly, respectful, and always willing to help, which was the best part of the stay.」

「The place was excellent—very beautiful, very clean, spacious, and comfortable—and located close to central Cairo. Excellent place around a mall and supermarket, very nice and beautiful. However, the problem was the language barrier; you really need to speak Arabic, as they never replied to my emails, and all communication took place over the phone. Fortunately, I was with my partner, who speaks Arabic; otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to communicate with them at all.」

「I came in late night, there was no front desk service but I was accommodated. Staff was very friendly and courteous. The sheets were used and had not been changed, but no one was available at that time to change them. We covered the bed with a comforter that was in the closet, hoping that it was clean. We wanted to switch from the residence to the actual hotel but already paid and would have wasted our money. But Omar was great, he was very helpful when he was working his shift.」
