The moment you walk in your greeted by very friendly staff Fernando was very nice. The room was clean and housekeeping came in every day which I love. There are many dining options within walking distance. The view of the beach is amazing literally can sit on your porch and just take in the views. It’s very lively on the weekends. I will be back again. This was my second time staying at Ojo de Agua. They also have transportation services for a fee but it’s worth it. Thank you again to all the staff for making my trip relaxing.

Overall it was good, but they did not have bathroom mats, no shower gel. It was literally the same as hand soap. No drinking water facility in the room. For the price it was ok. But not really satisfied.

Le nom de l’hôtel n’apparaît nul part car beaucoup de constructions et un restaurant beach-club à côté que porte un nom mais à priori c’est aussi avec l’hôtel. Même si nous sommes à l’hôte il n’y a pas d’emplacement réservé à la plage et s’est sale. Car beaucoup de monde.Il y a des taxes à payer le réceptionniste et même venu trouver pour les repayer. Le touriste est considéré pour son son argent. C’est plus dû à la région.

We had a smooth check in / out process… staff was so friendly LOVED our view to the beach. Definitely was luxurious if thats what your looking for, however it was all wonderful and worth the money spent!!!!

El trato por parte del personal es muy malo, sobre todo en la playa y tratándose de los camastros. La señora que está en el beach club es una persona muy hostil que te hace sentir como si te hiciera un favor. Las habitaciones son completamente normales; no hay nada de extraordinario en ellas fuera del hecho de que están medianamente limpias. Cuando está lleno de gente todos parecen animales en la playa. Nadie se acerca ni siquiera a preguntar cómo estás o si requieres algo. No es un gran lugar para hospedarse. Por el precio, seguramente hay mejores opciones.

Where do I start. We had no hot water along with water pressure. The TV didn't work. Paid for an ocean view well on the 1st floor only thing we could see is a white wall outside the room. The walls were very thin and could hear all the water used from toilets showers etc since the plumbing for the waste water was in the room by the bed. It was very clean and the people were very nice. The beach was taken care of very well.

La habitación comoda con acceso al mar, la atención de la recepcionista fue buena , nos cambiaron la habitacion a la planta baja para facilidad de acceso de mi papa, un hombre de 3ra edad, lo malo fue el check in, tardadisimo. en nuestra segunda noche llegamos como a las 11 pm y no habia nadie en la recepcion, tuvimos que esperar 20 min. por lo demás estuvo bien, la playa magnifica, hermoso puerto morelos

This property is in a great location and does have a beach club and restaurant However, be aware that the actual hotel itself is in terrible disrepair as evidence by crumbling Stucco pour shower pressure and very basic furniture If you’re looking for a budget hotel in Puerto Morales, but you’re willing to spend a little more money there are better options available

DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS Place! Property not taken care care of, what’s supposed to be a closet turned out to be a closet covered in plumbing tubes, only one power outlet in the room & it didn’t even work! Ants eating dead spiders, the curtains extremely dirty! This place is MOST DEFINITELY NOT WHAT IS LISTED IN THE PICTURES! We lost our reservation with NO REFUND and not even offered to be moved to another room. So disappointing,.

Construction in the middle of the night with chainsaws. Reception of no assistance. Rude restuarabt and beach club staff that prioritizes non hotel day pass guesrs iver hitel guests and attempts to charge hitel guests for chairs. I was promised a refund but was never able to contact a manager and recieved nothing. Beautiful beach but too much hassle and security issues.

I unfortunately had a terrible experience at this hotel during my 8 night stay between 24 april and 2 May 2025. On my first morning i was advised which beach chairs i was permitted to use. One hour later another staff member advised me i had to leave my beach chair as she had a reservation of non hotel guests arriving. Despite there being many ither chairs available, she insisted i abandon my chair. This was reported and i went to an another area of the beach for a chair. Upon arriving in this new area, the male worker informed me i had to pay for a chair.i advised him i was a guest and showed him my bracelet but he insisted i had to pay him to use the chair. This hapoened two days in a row. My hotel room was directly above the beach club restaurant and i overheard the waitress say she could wait until the lady (myself)leaves the hotel. On my last three nights, there was massive construction in the middle of the night consisting of chain saws, drilling and hammering. The times were between 11pm and 5 am. I have videos of the 3 separate nights with construction as i had to go to the lobby in the middle of the night as a single female and no assistance was provided. Despite my complaints and contunied requests to speak with a manager, i was told the manager would not arrive until after my check out time. After i checked out, the hotel did not reponse to a single message, call, or email. I am disturbed by this and will be seeking legal action. Please beware of this prop
