La entrada del Check in es a partir de las 3 y la habitación la entregan hasta antes de las 4:00pm me dijo que son políticas de la empresa. Nos pusieron brazaletes antes y podíamos pasar a restaurantes pero sin las maletas, esas te las detienen a la entrada y las recojes hasta que te hayan asignado habitación. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero bien, limpias y nos hicieron la limpieza seguido. Camas cómodas. Las instalaciones muy viejas de los alrededores. El servicio de personal de limpieza y room service es bueno. Pero el personal de jefes de meseros en el Tatish pésimo, y las chicas en cafetería muy tosca y te hablan con mal modo. Las de helados muy amables. El Tunkul muy amables todos y los desayunos y comida cena mejor ahí de todos los que tiene derecho el brazalete azul. Servibar muy básico. La música de las noches era muy fuerte para dormir habia que esperar hasta la medianoche. Y el servicio de todo lo que es VIP es un catarro porque no está bien marcado donde si y no. Si te gusta la playa y meterte al mar, no se pudo. Llena de sargazo y horrible de negra. Yo a eso iba 😭 ni modo.

La gente en el hotel no es servicial, comenzando con recepción, enormes filas para las bebidas y para la comida, además para reservar los restaurantes de especialidades es complicado ver la disponibilidad , snaks con baja calidad 3 noches y en ninguna pudimos acceder a una hamburguesa, las habitaciones viejas, cobraron un impuesto estatal por sargazo de 170 pesos por noche por habitación no te dan recibo de eso justifican que no es de ellos le doy un 6 de 10 al hotel para que se lo piensen 2 veces

There were not enough food options, everything depended on your bracelet level, and the staff was not kind enough. WIFI didn't work in the room, too much noise in the back of the room, and the room was not cleaned well. Restaurants had to wait too long, and the service was poor.

Definitivamente, la peor experiencia que he tenido en mis vacaciones. Fui con parte de mi familia. Reservé 2 habitaciones, ya que iban mis padres, mi tía, mi esposo, mis hijos y yo. Al llegar, pagamos 42 dólares extra por habitación, supuestamente por higienización. Luego fuimos a comer; la comida supermala y mala presentación. He ido a otros hoteles en Cancún que la comida tiene un sabor inigualable; en este fue todo lo contrario, la mayoría de las comidas sin sabor. Luego fuimos a la piscina y no pudimos disfrutarla, ya que estaba supercaliente; parecía que estubieramos en una SAUNA. De hecho, TODO el hotel estaba muy caliente; deberían tener más ventiladores y aire acondicionado. Yo entiendo que esta época es caliente, pero yo soy de un país muy caliente, que es RD, y les cuento que las piscinas no están como un sauna. En la parte en que me quedé había dos elevadores y uno de ellos no estaba en servicio. Dentro del elevador entraban hasta 10 personas apretadas y no tenía aire. Lamentablemete no tuve buena expericia en este hotel

Do not choose oasis go to the pyramid there’s a difference. There were bugs the furniture is our dated, the shower wasn’t clean hair was on the wall, it’s small the Ac didn’t work and I had to pay to get a better room. No form of remorse or care. Mold was in the room and my son is allergic but no care. I would not stay here again if they paid me.

I didn’t realize until the next day that there were different kinds of wristbands, each offering different levels of access. Some wristbands come with better dining options, room upgrades, and closer locations—so you don’t have to walk a mile just to get to everything. Basically, the more you pay, the better service, food, and room you get.

Property needs a facelift ,infested with pest(roaches) had to change room and even then the roaches still popped up crazy things is when they came to treat it they did so while we were in the room, the entire hotel smelled like a burst sewer the swim up bar was unsanitary, the sitting area was filled with mold,the staff didn’t practice proper sanitary behavior and the lines for food were too long for an all inclusive with 8 restaurants the gift shop policy is ridiculous even if the item is un used and still in the original packaging they won’t take it back or exchange it even though it says so on the recipes they over price everything and if you’re not staying at the pyramid you have limited access to a lot of stuff so it wasn’t much of an all inclusive. Also the food choices even though they say rinternational cuisine was all Mexican cuisine. And the roaches were very present in the food halls as well .Breakfast was ok some of the drinks were ok,but the beach that they have on the website is filled with seaweed not swimmable,I’m giving them a 1.5/5 and that’s because of the drinks definitely will not recommend to anyone I know and I’m never going back……

The property is beautiful and always clean. The staff ensures that the guests are well taken care of at all times. The entertainment was great big there could be a bit more workout during the week like the water aerobics and Zumba it was only once. The spa is so beautiful and the food choices could add a little turkey bacon for breakfast as there was no meat option for a non pork eater at breakfast. Get rid of the hamburgers at the fast food options because everyone is wasting them since they are not good at all. They need frozen drinks at every bar since it is so hot, some bars o ly had ice adding bot frozen aside from this the trip was fabulous and the resort is so good

Food was horrible, didn’t realize we are so limited with a basic room on restaurant and no room service options even if we wanted to pay. Nobody ever explained this or offered a upgrade, which we would of gladly paid but didn’t know we were so limited.

3 days to change the remote control batteries, coffee machine never works, the logistics of the buffets is really inconvenient. The pool was full of empty glasses left one day to another.

check in was smooth until i got into my room and had another couple walk into my room they double booked our rooms when i went to speak to them they gave me attitude like if it was my fault they double booked.
