my friends and I really enjoyed this hotel for our girls trip. the food was great, the staff were very friendly, and all the amenities made our stay well worth it. the only thing we weren’t aware of is how far the hotel is from the club strip. it’s a 10 minute drive from the hotel to the hotel entrance itself. but other than that, we loved it!

Staff is beyond amazing. Everyone is helpful and they really go the extra mile to make sure you are being taken care of! Fernando and Laura from the lobby bar were very respectful and professional. Vianey from Concierge was fantastic. She exceeded my expectations when helping me plan a surprise for my husband. Hotel was always clean and fully stacked. Highly recommended the steak restaurant. Great food and staff was phenomenal. This is a fantastic place to stay if you want to be away from the hotel zone traffic and noice.

Beautiful hotel and grounds. Pool was very nice, only downside was you had to get up way too early to get a spot, but it was a sold out hotel for the long weekend in March/ April, might not be this bad other times. Shout out to Ismael at the pool cabana. Beach wasn’t the nicest, but we knew this before coming to this hotel. Would definitely consider coming back in the future.

Property and staff were great!!! Only issue I had was when transported to downtown cancun to the other Hilton the staff over that Hilton wouldn't even let people use the restrooms as they were another Hilton. The Hilton brand is one brand and simple amenities shouldn't be denied to customers of the brand, I understand the facilities such as pool or food due to we were not staying at that location.

Wonderful experience. Staff were friendly, helpful and we felt very welcome. Very clean, family friendly. Food options were great, drinks did not disappoint. One thing I noticed was in the Expedia description of the property it said no elevators and no daily housekeeping, both not true. They do have elevators and daily housekeeping!

This property is a hit or miss. Im just leaving for the 3rd time. This hotel struggles with keeping property clean behind guest. Old used towels lay in the pool area all day along with finish and half finished drinks just left sitting around all day. Room service plates are left in the hotel hallway outside rooms by guest and not removed until the next morning. The food is edible with lots of choices. Staff is not very friendly unless you tip them ( mainly male staff). You can clearly see they discriminate based off stereotypes and I didn't like that. I wished this visit was as enjoyable as my second time here. No fun entertainment for adults

Very busy around the pool areas. Tough to get a lounger and umbrella unless you get out early. Would suggest one more pool (quiet one) and another hundred loungers would be perfect. My biggest issue was I had a room with an adjoining door. Could hear everything through it. Conversations, TV, shower in use. Wouldn't take a ground floor room, nor an adjoining room if I was ever to return. Food was good. Service was good. Building was nice.

We had to ask 3 times to get our sheets changed. To book the dinner reservations we had to wait in line for over an hour since the website was down. Over all I was stressed since they were at full capacity and the staff was overworked. The manager was nice and tried helping but it just wasn’t working so we decided to go to a different hotel. I absolutely hate sharing any negative feedback but this was just unacceptable.

First off I am a Hilton Honors and I wlll like to say it’s the worse Hilton hotel I have been greeted to also check in was extremely Late after I even explained we were Hilton honors members, the hotel lost power 4 times yes 4 times during our last night we had dinner in the darkness and bathroom had mold and water damage in the shower area. The restaurant were all full and the only available dinner times were at 10 pm or later. The pool areas were full of kids even the adult pool which is completely separate from the other big pool and the staff and management did nothing about it even after several complaints overall a mess of a hotel I will NEVER stay here again.

Food was Amazing probably the best I had at a Mexico All Inclusive. Olivia and Manny at the pool side cabana our wonderful so attentive and friendly. I will be coming back. My only negative is the check in and check out process extremely long
