「The condo is in a great location! However, in general the condo needs updating. I found parts of the condo to be dirty. The bedroom carpet had stains. The patio door was extremely difficult to open. The bathroom door knob was coming off so I fixed it. The paint on the kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanity was chipping. 」

「Great condo, centrally located for what we needed. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Enjoyed relaxing on the balcony. Having accessibility to the River walk path was great !! Only thing I wish we had at the condo was an iron/ironing board. Otherwise, all was great」

「Enjoyed the property and the stay. The manager and his family were very responsive to any requests. There were many extras we weren’t expecting. The maid service was amazing in all areas. Very helpful, friendly and timely to all our requests. The backyard area was amazing and enjoyed by us and all our visitors. We would like to come here again next season if we are able. Thank you Fernando and your entire team for a very enjoyable stay.」
