「This property was perfect for our family. Views of the ocean from townhouse 5 so definitely recommend this unit. Loved the dual living space and lots of opportunities for outdoor seating. Already planning our next visit!」

「It's a great site, plenty of room very convenient hookups. Wifi was fast. Semi shaded spot. The 14th. fairway behind the site. Very quite location except when when they launch rocket It's awesome.」

「Unique and quiet oceanfront property. Several messages to manager not answered prior to reservation date. On-site workers helpful, but did not speak English. No office, self check-in. Several electrical outlets in the room did not work. Evidence of septic tank failure. The morning sprinkler water smelled like raw sewage. Didn't see any turtles nesting but caught some beautiful sunrises. I would stay again.」

「Check in process was going fine until they have you walk to another counter to get your key cards for the room and try to get you to sign up for a time share type of thing. Are room looked nice until we had seen multiple different size roaches in the kitchen and bathrooms. I contact housekeeper via the text number they give you at check in. Asking to have someone spray, the response was she would take care of it, no one ever came up to spray! Not happy with that just because I was nervous about...

「The condo was extremely clean and very comfortable beds. Its a bit small with a nice size bathroom. I loved that there were coloring books and crayons for my 5 yr old..that was very nice of the owners!!」

「This condo unit was perfect for our big family! ( My husband, myself & our kids 12 & under. This 2nd floor unit is perfect & the balcony gave a perfect view! This was our 2nd vacation at the condo but 1st time staying in this unit! We absolutely loved how clean it was and came with everything needed for the stay! Thank you to Steve for the best communication & info for the area! We hope to book this unit again! Definitely 5 stars!」

「Very nice accommodations. The studio is small but we knew that. Small but clean, FANTASTIC VIEW. Quaint little place and the staff does a great job of keeping the area clean. If I were to make one suggestion, it would be to have some kind of privacy on the balcony. This room is in the center so if people were on the balconies next to us, we would literally be staring into each others eyes LOL —-but doesn’t really matter as the pros outweigh the cons “for sure”.」
