“We had really bad experience during last night.when we really exhausted after walk all day at the park and back to the room around 8:00 pm, we couldn't enter the room because the card doesn’t work, and we have to go downstairs with all my bag looking for help. Luckily I found a nice staff who found a specialist opened the door for us and tell me there’ll be someone send a new card to me. So we wait at room thought we will get the card a couple of minutes then we could go to the pool to get some……

“We stayed in this hotel for three days, we are all very satisfied, the room was large and spacious, I love the full size kitchen .and the hotel was clean and quiet. We all get a good night's sleep. The hotel is surrounded by outlet malls and supermarkets . Universal Studios, Disney and the airport are all within a 20-minute drive. It's very convenient. “The water park was amazing and family oriented.”

“Picked this property because of the great reviews and glad we did! The efficiency with a full kitchen and on one level was perfect! The property was very nice, especially the pool and Jacuzzi area. All the folks in the office were accommodating, helpful and super friendly! We will definitely be back and highly recommend this facility! ”

“We had a great time. Great amenities. The people were very nice and welcoming. We would definitely stay again. ”

“度假村环境优美安静，临近迪斯尼，到各主题公园都有免费班车接送。我入住的是两室别墅，房间超大，前后阳台，厨房用具一应俱全，主卧还有大按摩浴缸，而价格比一般酒店的普通房间都便宜。度假村里有丰富的运动与游乐设施，多个加热泳池，孩子玩的十分开心。原订了4晚，后来又加订了两天。”

“Die Apartments sind super ausgestattet mit allem was man für den Aufenthalt braucht. Sehr angenehm war für uns als Familie, dass es zwei Badezimmer und drei Schlafzimmer gab. Auch die Waschmaschine und Trockner waren super. Was uns nicht gefallen hat, war der Balkon im Erdgeschoss neben den Klimaanlagen. Durch den Krach war draußen sitzen nicht möglich. Hätten wir zu einer anderen Jahreszeit sicher bemängelt und um Wechsel gebeten. Im Sommer bei der Hitze bzw den Mücken sitzt man aber weniger……

“整體都很好，但住兩夜，卻沒更換毛巾跟整理床鋪也沒收垃圾！這點感覺很不好！”

“Everything is good,especially they have golf car take you to the room since you first arrive hotel with the heavy luggages. Room is clean and they also have kitchen and fridge. Provide free breakfast from 7am-9:30am,more hot food choices would be perfect. They have Itialian restaurant open until 11pm and convenient store open 24 hours in the hotel lobby.”

"They do not provide housekeeping and other services besides check in and check out. If you try to call them on the phone, it most likely asks you to leave a voicemail which is full. Some of the staff have a terrible attitude. Also, if you are looking at the shuttles they provide to Disney and Universal, the times their shuttle runs are mostly inconvenient, so make sure you ask about this before booking with them. "
