"Our stay at Natura Vue Resort was a good one overall. We stayed in a double Queen room with a riverside patio. I found the room basic but clean. We don't always want daily housekeeping so I didn't ask for it and it wasn't offered. We were told to bring towels to the front desk if we wanted to swap them for fresh ones. The lobby is very small and clean with nothing much to it, not a place to sit or hang out. We didn't use the pool but we took a look at the indoor pool and suana area. Looked small but cozy and comfortable. We ate at the onsite restaurant once and found the service and food to be very good. The WiFi is free in that they don't charge for it but also pretty much nonexistent. We couldn't connect for more than 5 - 10 minutes except at around 5am or 6am when I was able to connect for almost an hour. When we asked about this we were told that it sometimes acts this way when too many people try to connect. They suggested we try again a little later which we did with the same result. We only interacted with seasonal staff and found them all to be friendly and ready to be helpful. By far the best thing about our stay was the location. A relatively short stroll along the Riverwalk brings you to the main downtown area and the top of the stairs where boat tours leave. A big bonus to staying here are the free tickets to the wildlife park and daily access to their nature waterpark. We might consider staying again when in the area."

"We loved staying here and plan to stay here the next time we come to the Dells. The hotel was super clean, quiet and very relaxing! Our room was clean and comfortable. I slept like a baby."

"The continental breakfast was somewhat dissapointing. The room was overcrowded. Serving was from 6:00-9:00 with checkout at 11:00 making it difficult for everyone to be served. There was nobody available to clean tables, replace utensils, or replenish juice. A full tray of muffins was left out and uncovered for a visitor to directly sneeze over. It was quite disturbing and unsanitary."
Atlantis Family Waterpark Hotel, an Ascend Collection Hotel

"This property had it all. Not only was the room a suite and what you’d pay double for at any other hotel, but there is two pool/activity areas on property. One indoor and one outdoor. Our room had king bed, fold out couch, and two queen beds….AND a jacuzzi tub! Such a good value. I honestly love supporting Atlantis. It is one of the few hotels that survived the Mount Olympus buy out in Wisconsin Dells. A classic."
