"This was the perfect place to stay in Downtown Charleston. Centrally located and a quick walk to almost anything you want to do. Our room was surprisingly large and well appointed. The service was excellent!!!! "

"Super clean and nice. Negative is no door staff so the hotel is closed to the public at 11pm. If you come in after that time you have to call a number to be let in. The breakfast is brought to each floor daily which is nice, but both mornings the pastries were extremely stale and in edible. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Mills House. Centrally located, good service and a lovely patio attached to our room. One significant issue .. the bed pillows were TERRIBLE!! Very uncomfortable. No support. "

"The staff went above and beyond when I arrived and my friend was having a medical emergency. The manager Caitlyn got a wheelchair, got me situated and got aid for my friend. She checked on me the rest of time I was there and her and her team even sent me chocolate covered strawberries to make me feel better! Amazing management team. The staff is top notch and I will never stay anywhere else after seeing how they handled this medical emergency. "
