"Lovely overnight stay at the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful and room was clean and comfortable. We made use of the leisure facilities which were (understandably) busy for a Saturday afternoon, but nice and relaxing. Can't comment on the restaurant as we decided to eat in town."

"We had an excellent stay at No 38 The Park, Cheltenham. Delightful welcome, our room was very comfy quiet well appointed and clean. The dinner and breakfast were excellent. The staff were all welcoming charming and helpful. It is in a lovely area of the town, easy walk to the centre. We look forward to our next visit "

"Have stayed here on a number of short breaks and it has good, clean comfortable rooms, friendly, accomodating staff and easy parking opposite, with short walk to Exeter city centre. "

"5 star well deserved. Maybe option of white slippers/dressing gown. No shower cap or phone in room to contact reception. Staff/food/service excellent. Overall great experience."
