“Doubletree Hilton at Cheltenham is fabulous for family trip where I ever experienced with. The staffs were very helpful for everything even I requested so much to suit for the elderly, such as shower bathroom etc. I would highly recommend the Hilton at Cheltenham for everyone.”
“The Spa facilities make this place as the rooms are not as large or luxurious as the photos appear. The bar and dining area is excellent and the staff very helpful and pleasant. However, if you do not book directly you are not entitled to as much time in the Spa and member of staff was rather dismissive of us for booking via Expedia.”
“I stayed for two nights. The room is clean and the bathroom is large and even has a bathtub. the staff knows I am travelling there for the first time, she kindly lend me a guidebook in traditional Chinese edition. That's very thoughtful. I would recommend this hotel to my friends. ”
“Brief stay, arrived very late, could not have been made to feel more welcome and looked after really well, super helpful and pleasant. Location of room was on different site, not the easiest to find but really good effort made to help prevent problems. shower drainage was a little slow but super well equipped room and very pleasant stay.”
“I had a nice bedroom but THE FIRE EXIT FOR THE BUILDING WAS THROUGH MY BEDROOM!!!!! and I found it very uncomfortable knowing that anyone COULD ENTER MY ROOM (while I was asleep!) BY BREAKING THE PLASTIC COVER ON THE DOOR HANDLE OUTSIDE IN THE CORRIDOR!!

“Great England experience in a 1000 year old inn. Central and authentic. Loved the room over the entrance with views all around. Didn’t mind banging my head on the door frame too much, but I am 5’7”! Great pub downstairs. Not modern but that is what we were looking for.”
“Chef could not handle my no salt soft diet. My wife had to forget about her low salt diet. We were disappointed with the menu, which I found impossible to read because I am red green colour blind. The hotel appeared to not understand what is colour blindness.
We shall book again as we have done before. But we will not eat in the evening. This is the second time that we have had issues with the food. ”
