“It was okay but upon entering my sheets were dirty and it was hair in the towels. I called the front desk and they changed the sheet and replaced the towels. I don’t think i would stay there again”

“I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Lorenzo Hotel Dallas, Tapestry Collection by Hilton! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and the attention to detail throughout the property is exceptional. From the artistry to the creativity and thoughtfulness behind each design element, it’s clear that a great deal of care went into making this hotel a unique and memorable experience. Every space has its own character, and the overall aesthetic is truly impressive. I will definitely be back for another……

“房間非常大，早餐也好吃，工作人員熱情友好，就是健身房比較小。”

“Friendly staff, the room has everything essential.”

“The Luna Roja restaurant had excellent food and staff. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The Valet team worked quickly and were friendly and professional. There were limited concessions.”
