"Breakfast was motel 6 comparable. Tables in room were sticky And gross not sure what’s going on there but felt dirty"

"We had an amazing stay at this beautiful resort in Costa Rica! The property was absolutely stunning, surrounded by nature with breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the food was delicious with plenty of great options. We especially loved the relaxing big pool, tropical scenery. This resort made our trip unforgettable, and we would definitely return again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable vacation in Costa Rica!"

"He had the best time at Los Lagos Hotel! The hot springs were absolutely amazing and beautiful, and the property was very clean. The staff was so nice and welcoming. The food was delicious — we had breakfast at the restaurant, and by the afternoon we were so tired we ordered room service. The restaurant even accommodated a different menu for us, including pizza for the kids, and it was delicious!"

"Bar staff and waiters amazing! I do recommend that when the waiters approach tables to introduce themselves and provide a lil guidance of menu. Front of house restaurant staff need a lil help with attitude especially the Japanese restaurant. She would leave the front unattended for long periods of time then come back like it was a bother to see all those people up front. My room was nice just the odor that was coming from the toilet I wished my room smelled like the bathroom in the lobby. Beach not my favorite with the dark sand and dry trees nearby with all the vendors ready to pounce once you set foot on the sand. The pools were great never crowded with people. The pool with the bar you gotta give that staff all their props they work in that heat plus the amount of bees is not for the weak. With the conditions they still provided great service with a smile. The 24 hour lounge should provide board games, cards, remotes to change the tvs or even access to music. Great space just not enough to do in it. I would definitely return. They should definitely set up rooms with plug ins or the scents they have in lobby bathroom. Remove coffee machines they smell like stale coffee."

"Lovely pool"

"The pools and the area: amazing! the view from our room was breathtaking and unforgetable. I loved hight ceilings. Although, I was dissapointed by the hair dryer as it was really old and not a strong one. It was like somthing you would expect to see at a very cheap hotel. Also, the have a nice tradition of putting chocolate on the pillow before the bedtime, but they only put it 1 time out of our 3 nights. It is fine with me, it just the kids heard it and then they were a bit dissapointed. Also, they charged our aacount for extra 7$, which is nothing, but just weird as we didnt purchase or took anything from the bar. Overall it is good experience and the stuff was really good and helpful; at the front dest and at their sports/adventure area; very beautiful area. "

"The property is very well maintained, refreshing at entry. I’m thoroughly pleased with my stay. We visited both buffet and other restaurants on the property and both were excellent. The only problem was when we went off the property we were charged a ridiculous price to go NEXT door to the restaurant $170 literally five minutes away. Other than that everything was amazing, staff was top notch nice people. Thanks for the amazing hospitality "
