“Our stay at Y Cartws was lovely and relaxing, very cosy cottage. Was amazing to walk the ground and interact with the goats and horses. The nearby river was very relaxing to listen to, especially in the hot tub at night. Hot tub is at a set temperature which cannot be adjusted. Amenities were great, kitchen is well stocked with utensils and had delicious home made brownies waiting for us. Property was mostly clean but there was some negatives, bathroom was either mouldy or mould stained.……

The owners are friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable about the local area and the staff were really lovely. The house is beautifully preserved through time and retains its original features, which have been lovingly maintained. The rooms overlook a picturesque countryside and exude a peaceful atmosphere. Our rooms were comfortable, impeccably clean and generously proportioned……

“The Inn was in good order, the staff were pleasant and efficient. Our evening meal was good and the choices available were good. The room was clean and tidy although small. The wash basin was inconveniently small and we were unable to get hot water out of the tap ; we ran it for a long time but it remained stubbornly cold! I resorted to boiling the kettle so that I could shave. The hot water supplied to the shower was okay. The Saturday night entertainment was very loud and appeared to be……
