"Not well presented, it looked like refurbishing the building everything on my entrance, the closet was broken, the seat in the toilet had the wrong seat, not very nice stay I was expecting something better. Make it nice for the next customer"

"Rooms are OK even if water is always slipping from the shower. Breakfast is not the best aspect of this hotel. Last time I found dirty towels and sheets. They also offer a voucher for who doesn’t request the room cleaning, which is a nice initiative. On the other hand they have many limitations of its usage making less useful. So after you fall in the trick you don’t do it or at least only for the environment."

"We booked this location to get closer to the airport for our last night. The photos made it look lovely but when I got there to check in, the steps up to the front door would've been rough for my 80 year old mother with her suitcase. Once inside to check in, I did not feel comfortable and it looked very cluttered and more like a hostel. I asked about parking and there was none, so we would've had to park on the street with meter spots and hoped to get one close to the hotel. Or parked at least 5 minutes away and lug our luggage to the hotel. No lift to upstairs rooms. So once I told my daughter and mother about all of this, when I got back to the car, we opted to just lose our money that we had paid and find another hotel to pay and stay at."

"The room was really cozy! No much space for the suitcases. One of the 2 elevators failed during our stay but was repaired for the next day. Yogurt was available for 1 day only during our 5 days stay. Glad to have our breakfast prepared for our early checkout."

"Room and Kitchen were clean and well equipped. Staff were courteous and attentive. One member of the night staff on our second night was very helpful and concerned when my wife had left her handbag at the restaurant we ate at. He made several phone calls in an attempt to resolve and called us a taxi( keeping us updated on its ETA) -we retrieved the bag!- apologies we did not get his name. Will definitely stay again when we visit Edinburgh. "
