“Very clean room and excellent staff service ”

“The resort was clean, inviting, and quite a hidden gem of Bahia Principe properties. The staff at this resort were friendly, several spoke English, and most were knowledgable. Having access to 4 large and very nice pool areas was great. The room was okay but the room cleaning staff was excellent. The food at the buffets for breakfast, lunch, and dinner had a wide variety of options. The ala carte restaurants Asian Fusion and their Rodizio Grill was excellent. The beach area is vast, very……

“We had an amazing stay at this resort , it was very clean , great food and drinks and most importantly wonderful service . Elvis was helping us during our stay , he made a point to find us in the resort everyday to ensure that we didn’t need anything and informed us of any activities happening at the resort. This was hands the down the best vacation we have ever had , we plan to go back to the same resort every year ! ”

“This resort is extremely beautiful- such a relaxing place to spend a few days and just unwind. The food is great at all the restaurants. The rooms are nice and upgraded. Staff is all very friendly. I would definitely get the excellence club rooms if possible. They come with nice benefits such as private beach and even a private restaurant. If I had to say one thing I found negative, I’d say it was the people with the animals (monkey, lizard, parrots) who come and bother you when you’re trying……
