"This was the third time I was staying at this hotel and I am always amazed how friendly and helpful the staff is. They are polite and flexible, main reason why I keep coming back. The location isn’t perfect (it’s quite a walk to the beach) but it’s good enough for me and my daughters. I would highly recommend. I am just surprised how expensive Ogunquit got."

"Everything was clean (although the carpets could use a deep cleaning). The staff were very friendly (although one gave us wrong information about the cancellation policy, but it didn't matter in the end, for we were happy to stay on). I like the lounge. The TV was a little confusing, but we figured it out (the available channels are spread out, but if you go the Guide, you can easily see which are available). Most of all, we loved the fact we could open the windows! (We love fresh air!) I also so much enjoyed the pool, which is lit up so beautifully with sunlight in the mornings."

"The staff member at check in was very friendly and made the check-in process fun. The breakfast options included a few things I did not expect, like a packaged breakfast sandwich if you did not prefer the scrambled eggs, sausage, or Belgium waffles. We had an issue with our shower (could have been our fault) but the maintenance staff member was up quickly and had the part replaced quickly. That was impressive, My only ding was the elevators were a bit slow. (That's just a nitpick). Our room was spotless. I would definitely stay here again."

"The room was clean and convenient to Portsmouth. It was located on a very busy highway and the noise was noticeable. We also had a minor issue with the water that resolved quickly. The staff was helpful and polite. The stay itself was good overall."

"This hotel/resort is all about location. It's location is prime, right on long sands beach. All 3rd floor rooms have balconies that overlook the beach and ocean. The best sunrise in York is right outside your hotel doors. The 3rd floor rooms are a bit small and dated but we only slept there...too much to do around the area. Finally, the pool areas are fantastic. Service was top notch."
