"This newer facility is comfy, even if it's full. The free parking and wifi are great, breakfast has hot and cold options, desk people are friendly/helpful. Downtown Des Moines has mostly app-pay parking; during April multi-tornados, all was well-safe. Bike paths everywhere, walking paths nearby, East Village is charming, Science Center/ballpark walkable. Neighborhood is newer with lots of younger denizens."

"This Comfort Inn & Suites is always on point! You can't beat the location (right off the expressway) with free parking & next to Wells Fargo Arena & many venues & restaurants. The staff were super helpful & friendly--they even let us have a late check-out! The beds were very comfortable with crisp white sheets and fluffy pillows. The bathroom & other areas were very clean. We didn't get a chance to use the work-out facility or pool. The complimentary breakfast included hot items--scrambled eggs & sausage & DIY fresh Belgian waffles! Also breads to toast and many other offerings. Will definitely stay here again!"
