"飯店很新，但隔音效果很差… 和櫃檯反應3次隔壁房太吵無法睡覺，完全無改善，後來決定換房間 但櫃檯無法給我們king suite的房型，反而降級到2 queen bed standard room… 這是我們四週年的紀念日，除了一開始隔音的問題之外付高額的錢卻被降級，對於這服務真的蠻失望的…"
