「No, there was no where to check in and out at. They promised me a refund for an early check out so far never got one. No front desk, phone to call them on don’t work I emailed no response. Expedia tried to reach out they never responded to them for a refund no response. Staff was nice and very friendly. We upgraded to queen beds and only got 2 full size beds. Rooms were clean. When we showed up there was a staff room with a box on the ground out side with my room key in it. 」

「Only stayed for one night. Booked a two queen bedroom, traveled with our four year-old. They were lovely enough to upgrade us to the deluxe. Overall, the room was perfect and as shown on pictures, the only complaint I have is the lighting in the room, not bright at all. Patio tables and chairs are available at ground level next to the stream and on the rear main floor patio. Front desk rep was very friendly and helpful. 「Cozy und cute, ein besonderer Platz, abseits und ruhig gelegen, nur einige Minuten ins Zentrum. Eine unglaublich ruhige und gemütliche Atmosphäre. Das Frühstück wurde individuell und liebevoll zubereitet und so was habe ich noch nie irgendwo weltweit bekommen. Ein paar Spiders am Zimmer gehören halt dazu in der Natur.
