「Manager had to cancel all reservations due to some on going litigation with manager and owner of hotel. Phone service down at hotel. Arrived after driving 10+ hours for manager to tell me the situation. Manager also explained key cards are inoperable, phone and WiFi were down, and power was intermittent. She also explained (and I confirmed) that all other hotels within vicinity were booked up. I ended up booking last room available at the Angel Fire resort we were skiing out of. Was not planning...

「The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We loved the offering of free yoga which was phenomenal with the view of the mountains through a large picture window. Rooms were comfortable and very cozy with the fireplace. 」

「Great hotel and great value! The rooms were very nice. We had a fridge, microwave, and keurig. The beds were very comfy. We liked the espresso bar attached to the lobby, which is a coffee shop during the day and restaurant and bar at night. The food there was great!」

「The layout of this hotel with different buildings was unexpected. Dinner in the restaurant was terrible. (But the service was very good). My caesar salad had what seemed like warmed up chicken from a can or a vacuum seal pouch. My sons sandwich was not good. I had to take him to Wendys afterward. Disappointing food. 」

「What a lovely place to get away. The building had quaint charm and my room was cozy and welcoming. All I needed for a fire was ready to go, bed and bedding was luxurious and comfortable, coffee for the morning with REAL creamer in the fridge. The dining room and common sitting room was inviting and decorated beautifully. My made to order breakfast was healthy and delicious. Biggest treat was the personable staff. True locals that treated me like a new friend.」

「Check in was super easy-I appreciated not having to deal with a physical key card. Property was nice and kept. Common area was ok. The room was clean, furniture and decor had an economical feel. Shower was fine, showerhead could probably use an update, shower curtain didn’t work well and left the floor wet. Overall, experience was fine. 」
