“The rental was perfect for what we needed. The bed and living room furniture were very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. The host was quick to respond to questions I had. I will definitely see if this rental if available the next time I’m in the area.”

“Our balcony overlooked the pool and Fagers. Island, excellent location. The room was spacious and the hotel staff were very nice. Our only complaint is there was no hot water in our room. Someone came up and told us to turn the faucet to the right and let it run 15 minutes, we let it run one hour we still never got hot water. . I know the building was under renovation so maybe there was an issue there that will be corrected.”

“This is a hidden gem ! The decor is beautiful and the outside area is amazing. We felt at home the minute we walked in. The loveseat is as comfortable (if not more so) than the one in my home. The bed and sheets were also very comfortable . The host thought of everything and the communication was great. We plan to go back at least once a season. It was a wonderful place to unplug.”

“The first thing was that the pictures were okay on the site, BUT it didn't show how dirty the place was. We got there and the outside was questionable. but we had to get ready to attend our event so we didn't have the time to really check out the place until we came back around 10pm. I was told by the host that the place was being cleaned after the previous tenants left. Well they must have left over a month ago because that place was dirty...with a capital D!! ANTS in the rooms, rust on top……

“Never received check in information until reaching out to host multiple times. The property was not cleaned until 4pm, check in was listed as 12. When coming in after the cleaning the house was filthy. There was dirt all over the floor. The beds had a horrible smell and the pillowcases & sheets appeared to not have been changed. There was hair in the beds. The shower was covered in hair as well. The description said soap, shampoo and other shower necessities are provided, they were all……

“The use of recycled wood on the interior makes this place gorgeous on the inside. The location can’t be beat. I can’t give this a high rating because this is not for most Sr citizens or people that are physically challenged. You have to climb up a ladder to go to bed. This was not clear in the photos of the property. My wife ended up on a couch. Had they been more transparent about the layout, I probably would’ve stayed elsewhere.”

“Toilet was dirty, no shower curtain, can’t open windows to room rusted shut. Property smelled of mold. Advertised free parking but when we arrived it was $20 a night for parking. Run down buildings beds hard as a rock. Don’t waste your money goto a new built hotel. No microwave in room. Fridge can only hold maybe 4 cans of soda. My room was an ocean view king size bed. So not a cheap room.”
