"Our second time staying here. My husband had easy access to put his boat in and fish. My kids enjoyed hunting for crabs, skim boarding and throwing the ball for our dog in the bay. Great location to walk to the grocery store and the shops and restaurants in Port St Joe. My kids love bunk bed set up. Kitchen is very user friendly, we ate in and cooked most nights. Keepers restaurant next door was very good. Booking agents were very friendly and accommodating. Thank you, we will be back again."

"This spot is located on the bay side of the island, but it's only a 15 minute walk to the beach via public access routes. We had no problem walking the dog and carrying our stuff. Also, the space is pet friendly. There's a small fenced-in yard to let the dog run around. There's also a dock and kayaks on site if you want to paddle around. To be fair, this is not a luxury apartment, but you're also not paying luxury apartment prices. If it's just the two of you and maybe a dog, and all you want...

"Roomy, clean, convenient to everything downtown and Water Street. Nice amenities, coffee, creamer, plenty of wash cloths and towels. We really enjoyed our stay in this 3rd floor apartment. We had ramps for two floors so only had one set of steps which were actually in the apartment itself. My only complaint was not getting the code to the apartment until the afternoon that we were to arrive. Being on the road all day, we did not have access to email (yes, we're old) so had to stop at fast food...

We didn't have advance notice of our business trip, so we were thrilled to find this guest house on very short notice. The owner BJ, who resides on the property, was great to work with. The location was beautiful and safe. Everything you need is available if you want to cook in or there are Great restaurants nearby, Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area."

"We were in the area for a stop on our 4 day road trip. This area is small & quaint and the chain motels have very high rates. This little gem is an updated older motel in very good repair. There was a walk in shower which my hubby needed. The room was clean and in good repair. The bedding and towels were nice. Toilitries were provided. It was quiet, peaceful. There is not a pool. There is coffee available in the lobby, but no breakfast. The gentleman who check us in was friendly and cordial. He also checked us out the next morning. This is a great place for an overnight stay when in the area...we recommend."
