「A B&B that I will definitely stay again whenever I visit St. Austell. Warm, cozy and great location (it only takes less than 5 mins walking distance from St. Austell station, 10 mins walk to town centre) it's like going home as owner was friendly and warm, deco was warm and lovely, and most of all, home cooked and wide choice of breakfast was magnificent. I believe it is the worthiest place to stay with all these and amazingly low pricing charged. Big thumb up and highly recommended.」

「Lovely bolt hole for a few days away visiting various places in Cornwall by train and bus. Just a note to self, if we stayed another time I'd bring dry shampoo as the water pressure wasn't great for my hair. Also if you have a weak bladder, make sure you book 」

「Stay at this hotel. Firstly, a credit to the staff, all of whom were fantastically polite and personable, providing simply great service. The vintage lift was a unique joy with the communal areas continuing the slightly nostalgic theme. The bar and dining vibe was relaxed, quiet and combined with great food and attentive staff made for a relaxed breakfast, evening drinks and dinner. 「Great location, comfortable and clean room. Friendly and welcoming staff. Excellent breakfast. Good supply of tea/coffee/biccies/water topped up daily. Paid for parking 10 mins walk away but this is made clear on the hotels website.」

「Very nice location, beautiful grounds. Lot of parking space. Nice size rooms. Bath tub was not very practical, in fact dangerous to stand in when having a shower. No air conditioning in rooms but this was not critical.」
