“A relaxing stay. Lovely team that felt like family. They couldn’t do enough for us. Kerry at reception was exceptional- very professional and knowledgeable. Jo was an absolute gem. The kitchen staff were brilliant. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel made it especially great due to the amenities nearby in the plaza and fuel station. “I was told there was no hotel parking, only street spaces or in Port Isaac—a ten-minute walk away. Luckily, we parked nearby, but later found there was poorly signposted hotel parking with just eight spaces. Better communication would have helped. Parking in Port Isaac is pay and display, up a steep hill, so dropping off luggage first is wise. Reception was small and busy; we waited several minutes to be checked in, though the staff member was pleasant. Our room was spacious and well……

We felt like we were visiting friends. Well located for getting around the area, Eden project and popular beaches and harbours a short distance away. ”

“This is an amazing find. The decor and atmosphere really stunning. The staff attitude and manner fantastic. Facilities brilliant and food terrific. I can’t rate this highly enough. Two small thoughts. For bad weather coat hooks just inside bedrooms would be useful. For lone female travellers a secondary lock/chain/fastener on door would ease any concerns. I actually put a chair by the door probably overly anxious about nighttime’s but it’s a consideration. Thank you once again I will……
