“Beautiful position lovely sea view but the room was awful bathroom was like a Porta cabin we stayed in a twin room . The bathroom definitely needs a risk assessment done it was so small you knees touched the door when sitting on toilet also it was so small I nearly fell a few times definitely not for a person with any physical disabilities also floor very slippery Curtains were awful half hanging off hooks letting light into room really early Behind radiator was so dirty. Please be aware of……

“Pros - Free Parking - Near Centre - Swimming Pool - Shower Pressure - Radiator in the Room Cons - Booked 2 x twin rooms but only gave one key card. When we asked and received the second card it blocked access for the original card. This happened for both rooms we booked. - We stayed 4 nights, it's frustrating that you have to request cleaning by 10am for the following day. - When cleaning was requested, they made the bed but did not clean the bathroom or replace the towels. “This property and location is perfect it is exactly like the pictures if not better. Linda and Robin are the perfect hosts and do everything to make your stay special. “ Peggy” is a dream, and definitely worth going out in her to see the sunrise. It is truly an experience not to be missed.”

“Our room has the best view looking out to the beautiful Gyllngvase Beach and it is just around 8 mins walk to it. Nice breakfast and staff, room is clean and have everything you need. Town centre is also within walking distance.”

“Lovely stay with everything I needed. Having a parking space in St Ives is a great bonus. Location is good as long as you welcome the exercise walking up hill from town, lots of taxis are available.The leisure centre is very close which I used when the weather was poor. All was good I would book again. ”
