“This is the third time I’ve stayed in this hotel. The first time was perfect. The last two times they were issues my second time it was extremely noisy, banging on walls all night and people standing and talking in front of my door. This time I was putting in a room where the air conditioning could not be adjusted. It can only be set to 64°, which was extremely cold. Each day I am told a manager reach out to me, but they never do forgiven false promises of a discounted rate.”

“Staff was very helpful when we had problems in the room. Very quick on service. Continental breakfast was great.”

“I was really looking forward to my stay, but unfortunately it fell well short of expectations. The biggest disappointment was the service. On my first night, I waited more than three hours for room service before finally tracking down a staff member, only to be told the ordering system had been down the entire time and asked if I wanted to place my order again. I did, but when it finally arrived another hour later, it was the wrong order. To make up for the inconvenience, the hotel offered a……
