「Great location. Only complaint is the TV...could not find HD channels and could not connect to our Netflix account. Should also replace the knobs on the stove....can't tell what the heat settings are. Good value and would recommend to anyone not looking to spend the at Zota or the St Regis!」

「We enjoyed a week at this condo. The condo was clean. The condo is outdated as seen in the pictures but pleasant to stay in. The check in and out process was easy. The location is great right on the gulf with a beautiful beach. Pool was good but needed to be cleaned. Short walk to John’s pass. Overall a good place to stay for a beach front place.」

「We stayed here for a few days at the end of our Disney trip to relax a little. It was my wife, two 13 year olds and a 17 year old and myself and we loved it. Patrick was a fantastic host and we were even able to meet him in person one day while he was in town! He truly wants all his guests to enjoy their stay and even sent me a short video on setting up the beach canopy that was in the closet with the chairs! St Pete area is very calm to what we were used to and the condo location could not have...

「Our stay is amazing!! The view of the bay was stunning! Every morning and evening you could see dolphins and manatees. I traveled with my daughter and we felt very safe! The pool is beautiful and clean. I did add a 2 inch topper to the pull out sofa for some extra comfort but I left it behind for the next person. We will definitely be back! Also the owners response time is great and she is very nice!」
